2017 Tohatsu 9.8 HP MFS9.8BEFS Outboard Motor
Perfect for jon boats, small skiffs or as auxillary power for a sailboat, The Tohatsu 9.8 hp outboard motor, model # MFS9.8BEFS with it’s 15 inch shaft and convenient electric start has set the standard in portable outboard power. At just 88 lbs, the Tohatsu 9.8hp outboard engine is the lightest four-stroke in its class making it both portable and powerful. If you crave power combined with great fuel efficiency then the 9.8 Tohatsu is right for you.
This single carb, water cooled engine comes standard with forward, neutral and reverse shift lever on the front of the motor, tiller steering and a 3.2 gallon external gas tank. Also included in your package is a 5 year factory warranty.
