  • Items must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@valeryaircraftsupply.com.
  • Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping the Return:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within3 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Refund or Replacement:

  • If the return is approved, you may choose either a refund or a replacement for the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Core Return Information

Valery Aircraft Supply Store (Helicopters And Parts) provides a core return label with every product that is eligible for the core buyback program excluding international shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. 

  • Place your core return in the box your replacement was shipped in. 
  • Place the provided core return label on the outside of the box. 
  • Call UPS  to schedule the pick-up or give the package to any UPS driver. A service charge may apply if the location is not a regular delivery point. 
  • Extra heavy powerheads that must be shipped on a freight line will have a BOL (Bill of Lading) for return by a freight line. Call the number on the BOL to arrange a pick-up.
