- Items must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

- Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant details.
3. Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping the Return:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Inspection and Processing:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within3 days of receiving the returned item.

- If the return is approved, you may choose either a refund or a replacement for the returned item.

Core Return Information
Val Supply Store LLC (Helicopters And Parts) provides a core return label with every product that is eligible for the core buyback program excluding international shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Place your core return in the box your replacement was shipped in.
- Place the provided core return label on the outside of the box.
- Call UPS to schedule the pick-up or give the package to any UPS driver. A service charge may apply if the location is not a regular delivery point.
- Extra heavy powerheads that must be shipped on a freight line will have a BOL (Bill of Lading) for return by a freight line. Call the number on the BOL to arrange a pick-up.
